 Last update: April 2022

Is a loyalty contract mandatory?

The conclusion of a contract with a loyalty period for the provision of services is not mandatory. However, you may enjoy more affordable prices with this modality. Hiring services without a loyalty contract will have to be budgeted.

Can I interrupt the contract still with loyalty?

- Contractual interruption will always be subject to analysis by Alimentarius. However, there are situations in which this interruption may be considered, situations provided for in the law with the cessation of activity.
- Contractual interruption, without legal justification as referred to above, will be subject to the payment of the fee described in the clause.

Are services without loyalty valid?

Yes, they are.
All services provided by Alimentarius must be invoiced for legal proof.
The validity of these services will be as described when issuing the respective invoice and subsequent receipt.

My contract has surprise services, can I change?

The services described in the contract, such as audits, and the change of modality imply a change in the calculations on the total value of the contract.
A service initially thought for surprise audits will always have an associated cost compared to one with scheduled audits that involves logistics and availability for travel much wider.
However, the change can always take place, subject to an Addendum to the Contract and its respective update.
